I'm Fiona Todd, a clinical reflexologist and trained nurse. I run Sole Serenity, a reflexology clinic based in my home in a peaceful location in Orton Wistow, Peterborough - an easy drive from the neighbouring market towns of Oundle, Stamford and Whittlesey. As I live beside Ferry Meadows Country Park, you can often hear the Nene Valley Railway steam train puffing its way through the beautiful countryside.

Modern day life is so fast-paced that we often neglect ourselves, putting strain on our bodies both physically and mentally. Having foot or hand reflexology and treating yourself to the luxury of ‘me-time', might be just what you need to relax and de-stress.
